How to Start a Return

2. Get a free label — We email you a prepaid return label at no cost.
3. Send it back — Drop the package at any carrier location; no printing fees, no restocking fees.
4. Get refunded — Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving the return.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take a few additional days to appear.

Free Return Shipping

Every return includes a free prepaid label. You will never pay to send a product back to us.
